Leadership Development Programs

Bahwan CyberTek has made significant forays into Corporate Training. With its philosophy of adopting a “problem solving approach”, rather than a “one size fits all approach”, BCT closely involves with the client Organization, and determines the training needs after assessing the job roles, job descriptions, and personnel profiles. It also conducts post training feedback, to ensure accomplishment of set goals. BCT offers standard programs as well as client customized programs through it on board Faculty as well as global consultants in the panel.
